About Our Leadership Team
My name is Tebra Minor and I am excited to be a part of your family’s educational experience. I have happily taught children of different ages and abilities in diverse settings throughout my career. As I have moved from camp counselor and preschool teacher to Center Director, I have always tried to create environments where children feel safe, excited about learning and loved.

I was born and raised near Chicago, Il and received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and English from Lake Forest College.  I have taught in and managed private programs, military programs and municipal programs for over 25 years.  I am especially proud to be a part of Children’s Lighthouse at Viridian.  I look forward to being a part of the journey that each child begins with us.  I believe that our work together now will create a future community of engaged and excited citizens, ready to take on any challenge!

My name is Ashley Barringer. I have lived in Arlington, TX all my life. I have been in early childcare education for over 20 years. I began as an assistant infant teacher then became the lead toddler teacher. I continued my career in early childhood education beginning my journey with Children’s Lighthouse Viridian before we opened in 2019. I started as the lead toddler teacher swiftly moving into the company as an enrollment specialist then progressing to Assistant Director. I was proud to become the Center Director in October 2022.  I love being part of the early childhood community and having the chance to see every child grow. I am proud of my team and believe that they are the foundation for all the young lives that they touch. I am excited to see what the future brings!

My name is Nicole Turner. I am a recent move in to Arlington, TX from California. California is where I discovered my passion for child development. It's been 27 years since I started as a teachers assistant.  Developing my philosophy has allowed me to experience many educational programs. My proudest moment was spent in Reggio Emilia, Italy. I was there 6 weeks and learned the why of Curriculum. I believe understanding the why is so important as it helps to develop the basis for teaching and how we impact children everyday.

I currently have my BA iin Human Development and will graduate in the Spring with my Master's degree.I am very excited to part of Children’s Lighthouse and I look forward to being a part of all your families Curriculum needs.
