Daelyn Dillahunty

Director of Training & Franchise Support

Daelyn has been in the Early Childhood Education field for over 20 years. She has three formal education degrees: Associate of Applied Arts, Associate of Science in Early Childhood Education, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Wesleyan University with concentrations in business and religion. She was an honor graduate with all three. Daelyn joined Childrens Lighthouse in the summer of 2005 and has previously worked in all capacities including teaching, educational coordinator, director, and district manager for Childrens World and Childtime. She has over five years experience in multi-site management and consulting the expansion of business through acquisitions as well as new building sites. Prior to her current role as Director of Training & Franchise Support, Daelyn was selected as Director for Childrens Lighthouse's newest corporate center, which opened in March 2006. Daelyn and her husband live in Fort Worth and are members of First United Methodist Church. They have two grown children and two spoiled dogs, Annie and Lucy.
