Dana Gomez

Director of Finance

Dana Gomez joined Childrens Lighthouse Learning Centers as Comptroller just after the company was formed in 1997. Dana brings with her over 23 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. She began her career in the ECE field in 1982 as a preschool teacher. After several years of teaching, Dana earned her Professional Administrators Credential in 1989 and then served as a Center Director for KinderCare Learning Centers from 1990 to 1995. After leaving KinderCare, she worked as an office manager for Texas Child Development. Dana has developed and implemented many of the forms and financial procedures that have been the basis of the company's fiscal operation since its inception. Dana and her family are members of First United Methodist Church of Joshua, where she serves as nursery volunteer coordinator and on the church's administrative council committee.
