Nancy Spears joined Childrens Lighthouse in April 2000 as a corporate accounts manager and has since become Facilities Administrator, while also serving as the executive secretary to Mike Brown. Nancy came to us with over 25 years experience in business administration, 12 of which were in revenue accounting combined with management and interaction with more than 400 royalty and working interest owners. Nancy and her husband have owned their own successful small business for more than 27 years and possess the skills needed to run a business for profit.
