Vice-President of Operations

Rose Morelock joined CLLC in August 2001 as Director of Operations and was promoted to Vice President of Operations in December 2004. In that role, Rose manages employee and customer relations and supervises the daily corporate operations. In addition, Rose has successfully developed and implemented a system for analyzing financial trends and monitoring the company's fiscal growth. Rose completed her education at Texas Christian University and comes to us with over 25 years experience in the early childhood education field. She began her career in 1978 with KinderCare Learning Centers and when she left KinderCare in 1996, she was an area manager overseeing 23 locations in the DFW area and Louisiana. From 1996 - 2001, she was a Senior District Manager for Children's World Learning Centers overseeing 15 locations and a Group Center Manager in the DFW area. In these capacities, Rose was responsible for annual budgets, financial achievements, and leadership development of key employees. Rose is also very active in the Early Care and Education arena. She was the Vice President of Conference for FWAAEYC and was instrumental in coordinating a large ECE conference in Fort Worth for over 500 people in 1998 and 1999. She currently serves on the ECE advisory committee for Tarrant County College Northwest, the board of Texas Licensed Child Care Association (TLCCA) and is Past President of the local chapter of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and Fort Worth Area AEYC.
