About Our Management Team

Deanna Gustafson, Director

Deanna is a member of People of Faith and is involved with the Children’s Ministry and was hired as the Assistant Director before we opened in August of 2005. Deanna was promoted to Director in January of 2006. She is married and has 3 children that attend Children's Lighthouse of People of Faith. Deanna has her Florida Advanced Director Credential as well as her CDA credential, and Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, from DePaul University. She has 5 years teaching pre-school and over 10 years of management experience.

Shanna Wolfenden,
Assistant Director

Shanna has been with Children’s Lighthouse of People of Faith since it opened in 2005, as our 4 year old teacher and curriculum coordinator. She was promoted to Assistant Director in June 2006. She is married and has two sons. She has over 7 years teaching pre-school and 5 years of management experience. She has her CDA credential and her director credential.

Silvia Palma,
Administrative Assistant

Silvia has been with Children’s Lighthouse Learning Center since May 2010. She has more than five years experience as an Administrative Assistant. She’s a mother of a three year old son, who loves attending school here at CLLC.

Debra (Mimi) Cravener
Front Office Staff

Debra, who everyone knows as Ms. Mimi, is a member of the People of Faith Church and leads the children’s Sunday morning “Jesus Rocks!” chapel for the Children’s Lighthouse. She has been with Children’s Lighthouse as a full time staff member of our Front Office staff since May of 2010.

Mimi and her husband share together five grown children and ten grandchildren, of which one has attended Children’s Lighthouse for four years.
