Below is a list of the dates Childrens Lighthouse is closed for holidays and/or having special events in the 2011/2012 school year. Please watch for sign ups in the schools to report if your child will be in attendance or not during these holiday times. Also be sure you request your absentee credits if desired during these times. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask at the front desk.

August 18^th (Thursday) ~ Open House 5:00p.m - 7:00p.m

August 22^nd (Monday) ~ First Day of 2011/2012 Year

September 5^th (Monday) ~ Closed for Labor Day

September 9^th (Friday) ~ Parents Night Out 6:30p.m-9:30p.m

October 5^th -7^th (Wed, Thurs, Fri) ~ Picture Days with Leonard’s Photography

October 15^th ~ (Sat.) Fall Festival

October 17^th -21^st ~ Book Fair (All Week)

October 24^th -28^th ~ Parent Appreciation Week

October 28^th (Friday) ~ Pumpkin Patch & Fall Party

November 23^rd (Wednesday) ~ Thanksgiving Feast 11:00a.m.

November 24^th & 25^th (Thursday & Friday) ~ Closed for Thanksgiving

December 14^th (Wed) ~ Christmas Program for (3yr, 4yr, and 5yr olds) Time to be announced

December 16^th (Friday) ~ Parents Night Out 6:30p.m-9:30p.m

December 16^th (Friday) ~ Christmas Party 9:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m.

December 26^th (Monday) ~ Closed for Christmas

January 2^nd (Monday) ~ Closed for New Year’s Day

February 1^st-28^th ~ Early Bird Registration for Fall Begins

February 14^th (Tuesday) ~ Valentine’s Day Party 9:30a.m.

February 20^th (Monday) ~ Closed for Teacher Work Day

February 24^th (Friday) ~ Parents Night Out 6:30p.m-9:30p.m.

March 1^st-31^st ~ Early Bird Registration for Fall Ends

April 5^th ~ Easter Egg Hunts & Easter Party

April 6^th ~ Close at 3:00p.m for Good Friday

April 23^rd – 27^th ~ Parent Appreciation Week

May 1^st – 31^st ~ Summer Registration

May 7^th – 11^th ~ Teacher Appreciation Week
