About Our Management Team

Hello, my name is Jeannie Mounger and I have been with the McKinney Childrens Lighthouse since August 2001. I am the mother of three great children, Stormie, Shadee and Mason. I have been with my husband Michael since 1993 and have been working in the childcare field since 1991. I love working for Childrens Lighthouse and hope to continue a long career with the company. The ABeka curriculum and character values taught in the classrooms are the reasons I decided to work for this company. I have been very happy here and have moved from being the Lead Infant Teacher to Health and Safety Coordinator, to Curriculum Specialist, to Assistant Director and now Director. The support this company offers to its employees is amazing and I benefit from knowing that each and every day the teachers and I make a difference in a child’s life as well as offering their parents peace of mind.
