Extracurricular Activities

Play For Sport is a sports skills and fitness program that introduces young children to a variety of sports. Each week coaches bringequipment to work with sports such as basketball, football, soccer, baseball, tennis and hockey. Children learn the fundamentals of each sport and how to be a part of a "team"while exercising and having fun!

Stretch-n-grow's mission is to lay a foundation for a healthy lifestyle and a positive attitude toward well-being. Our goal is toestablish life-long patternsof fitness and good eating habits for your children partnering with childcare providers.

• Each class is action packed, non-stop fitness where EVERY CHILD IS THE FOCUS-no waiting in line!
• Classes are 30 minutes ofthemedadventures! Along with music andcontinuous fun with skill specific equipment andsafe & effective exercises, the kids have a blast!
• Stretch-n-Grow focusess on exercise that emphasizes large muscle groups, motor skills, coordination, balance, resistance, flexibility and aerobic activity
• Our State-Certified fitness instructors engage their class in age-appropriate discussions about exercise, health, nutrition, safety and hygiene.
• These classes are held weekly at all Children's Lighthouse campuses for ages 18 months-5 years old.

Soccer Shots is designed for children ages 3-9, andoffers quality, high energy, introductory soccer programs wrapped in fun! Our creative curriculum emphasizes soccer skills as well as character development, which transcends the game itself. Through the activities and games we play, your child's character and attitude will be challenged and molded positively, as they are taught elements of teamwork, sharing, communication and respect. Not to mention, it's a lot of fun!

Our Ballet andcreative movement class isa developmental Dance class specifically designedfor ages 3-7. We work on Balletposture, balance, coordination, and technique. Along with Ballet and technique we make dance fun by adding creative movements and sing a long songs! We have no recital fees or costume fees! Our recitals are held at your school in December and May and we provide the tutu's! Sign up for Dancing Stars by Stretch-n-Grow today, it's tutu much fun!

Dancing Starsis Hip Hop & Cheer Rock (during summer months only)

We're getting ready to sizzle this summer with our all new curriculum...Hip Hop & Cheer Rock! We are taking it to the street as we teach our kids how to move-n-grove to a Hip Hop beat! We'll also incorporate our most-requested cheer program highlights - and our performance at the end of the 8 week camp will be an awesome Pep Rally and dance for the parents!

We will have a Junior Varsity class for ages 3-5and a Varsity class for ages 6 and up

All Star Sports Camp:

This 8 week summer session includes 2 weeks of each sport. Soccer, Basketball, Baseball, & Football. Our 45 minute classes also include skills, drills, and games for ages 3-12. Speed and agility training is included for ages 6 and up. The students also learn about good sportsmanship at the end of each session.

Camp Fit:

In-house school field trip! Training camp for school age kids includes; Obstacle courses, relay races, cardiovascular training, sports skills drills, muscular strength 7 endurance training, speed & agility drills, and Team building exercises for ages 6-12. Water games are also included!

Kids Dance Party:

In-house school field trip! This Fun & Funky class will have your kids movin' and groovin' all week! We will teach dance technique for hip-hop, latin grooves, and much more! Each class includes a group dance and a fun Dance-off to show off their new skills! For ages 6-12

Field Day:

In-house school field trip! We bring the Energy to compete in this FUN and Friendly competition! A well organized field day with numerous stations plus some water games= 90 minutes of FIELD DAY FUN! Award medal's included!
