Stefani has been working in the early child care industry for almost 20 years. She started as an assistant teacher in a small privately owned child care center in San Antonio, Texas. While working at the center, she studied early childhood development at San Antonio College. Upon completion of the two year program, Stefani received her CDA (Child Development Associate) which is a National credential granted by the National Child Care Association. Through her training and hands on work, Stefani has learned the best ways to nurture children's physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth in a child development framework.

After receiving her credential, Stefani worked for another local child care center as a lead teacher in the 2-3 year old class.

Eventually, after rotating through all the age groups, Stefani was recognized as an asset to the child care industry and was hired as an Assistant Director of a nationally owned learning center, where she was eventually promoted to full director and given her own center to manage.

Since working as both a teacher and in management, Stefani has attended the University of the Incarnate Word where she studied a combination of education and business management.

Stefani is an avid volunteer in the local schools and is deeply involved in Girl Scouts of America.

Steve has spent the last 18 years working as an attorney and a certified public accountant mostly in his own firm. Prior to college and law school, Steve spent 5 years both as an enlisted person and an officer in the U.S Army Infantry.

Steve and Stefani discussed starting their own high quality child care center for many years before finally making it a reality in 2007.

Steve and Stefani have been married since 1991 and have four wonderful children ranging from4 to 17 years of age.
