Why my family chose Children's Lighthouse...I chose Children's Lighthouse for several important reasons:

1. I was at a nail salon and overheard someone talking about daycare - I asked where they sent their children and they said "Children's Lighthouse, it's the best and also affordable, I highly recommend it."
2. I actually stopped a parent in your parking lot before I came in and asked her opinion, she said that after 2 previous day care center's in the area, she was very happy with the care her 2 children received at Children's Lighthouse.
3. When I came in for a tour, Brenda was so friendly, genuine and helpful - she made me feel so welcome and was willing to answer any question I had - she even offered to be available on the weekend. I was extremely nervous going from a babysitter to a daycare center, but she really helped set my mind at ease.
4. Most importantly, my research indicated that the school stays well within the standards that are required.

What I like best about the Lighthouse...first of all is consistency in my child's care. I know that my child is being cared for and the few minor concerns I've addressed are handled in an efficient and effective manner. Consistency is very important when you leave your child in someone elses care. I like that classes are not too big, so my child is still able to get some individual attention. Also, I am able to check on my child via the internet which helps put my mind at ease throughout the day. The daily communication sheets are very important to me and it's great to get those on a daily basis.

In addition, I love that everyone is so friendly and welcoming and knows my son Joaquin by name. I have been contacted very quickly whenever the staff has a question or my son has displayed symptoms of illness or fever. I also appreciate that incident reports are provided for documentation.

My child has progressed while attending the Lighthouse by...learning so many things - for being 18 months, his vocabulary is extensive, he has learned many signs, and is developing an appreciation for music. He is very bright and friendly and loves interracting with his classmates!

I love the Lighthouse because... they have taken good care of my baby and make me feel secure in the decision I have made to entrust them with my son and provide a safe and sound environment for him. Cassandra and Brenda are wonderful and the staff is so friendly and pleasant - all of this make a huge difference when you have to leave your children in someone elses care. I really do love the "Lighthouse". Thanks so much for taking care of my baby boy! :)

Why my family chose Children's Lighthouse...We were very impressed with the facility when looking for a daycare for our daughter. Children's Lighthouse had what we thought was important. It included all the nurturing and security we were seeking, as well as the love and curriculum we had expected.

What I like best about the Lighthouse...We have enjoyed so many things at Children's Lighthouse. One of the greatest is the feeling that we have knowing they are ALWAYS looking after our daughter.

Why my family chose Children's Lighthouse...first for its location, then for its wonderful teachers, staff, cleanliness, large classrooms and outdoor play area. Also being able to check on her and see what Leila is doing throughout the day was a big plus.

What I like best about the Lighthouse...is that everyone knows my daughter, I feel very comfortable leaving her there each day; I know she will be cared for and loved. I love that Leila is constantly stimulated and busy learning and playing. Ms. Sowmya is always involved with the kids and they do such fun activities!

My child has progressed while attending the Lighthouse by...coming home singing all kinds of songs, counting in Spanish, and counting higher and higher each week it seems. She has developed socially and loves her teacher and class.

I love the Lighthouse because...everyone is so personable and truly cares about my daughter. They are very accommodating and are great about contacting us whenever there is even the slightest issue with Leila. I love that I can truly feel comfortable leaving Leila each day in good hands. I know she is learning with a great curriculum and having lots of fun too! I love all of the celebrations and special weeks they have that makes coming to school fun for the kids. The center is bright and decorated with the kid's work which I love.

Why my family chose Children's Lighthouse...in my walk through and interview with management and teaching staff I was impressed with the level of professionalism. The children were happy, outgoing and SO SMART! On day one we noticed our daughter was happier, was engaging well with the children, teachers and mgt. staff. For us it was a no-brainer.

What I like best about the Lighthouse...I love when our daughter doesn't want to leave when I come to pick her up. She enjoys learning and playing and that makes me comfortable - knowing she is happy while I am at work. I always felt guilty for placing her in childcare and now that guilt is lesser knowing how much she enjoying attending every day.

My child has progressed while attending the Lighthouse by...Her vocabulary shocks me! At three years old my daughter has an excellant command of the English language and has been speaking in complete sentences since right around age 2. She also knows more Spanish than I do! We have several friends with 3 year olds and she blows them away in terms of social skills, vocabulary and behavior.

I love the Lighthouse because...The staff reinforces the way we are rasing our children in terms of behavioral expectations, values and faith. The A-Beka curriculum is awesome and the teachers are patient.

Why my family chose Children's Lighthouse...CLH was chosen due to their outstanding implementation of the curriculum as well as Ms. Brenda's knowledge, skills, experience, and positive interaction with the children.

What I like best about the Lighthouse...Ms. Brenda and Ms. Terry ALWAYS treats my son as if he was their own. It is always a tough decision as to where to bring your child for their education; seeing Gabriel's academic progression as well as his social skills development is testimony that we made the right choice.

My child has progressed while attending the Lighthouse by...His knowledge of not only the fundamentals but as well as the liberal arts approach of educating the child about the world, different customs, and providing scientific answers that, in some cases, the child may not grasp 100% but in time they will!

I love the Lighthouse because...Because their attention to my child shows how much is cared for at the school. He isn't just a number to be marked down on a chart.

Why my family chose Children's Lighthouse...My husband and I were very impressed by the cleanliness and how friendly everyone is. I had a hard time returning to work but the teachers and staff were and still are amazingly supportive.

What I like best about the Lighthouse...I like the layout and cleanliness of the facility. Again, teachers and staff are great!

My child has progressed while attending the Lighthouse by...My son hasn't been here long and is only 2 1/2 months old, but I do notice him trying to hold his bottle more, he's getting better about holding his head up, and he's in a happier modd when not being held.

I love the Lighthouse because...The is opened to me every morning with a cheerful greeting. They always acknowledge my son as well. Every teacher and staff member, always has a smile on their face at all times. Casandra has been great, I had problems with being paranoid about every little thing my does at school and even if I call a lot in one day she's more than happy to help. I love that I was told my son belongs at the Lighthouse, it made me feel more confident about my decision. I'm confident that my husband and I have made the right choice.

Why my family chose Children's Lighthouse...My family chose the Children's Lighthouse because when I called to get information they were interested in my daughter, what I needed as a parent and showed true excitement for wanting to meet Savanna. I didn't have to make an appointment to come see the school; they were ready to meet whenever I had a moment. Once we looked at the school we fell in love with the staff and the environment.

What I like best about the Lighthouse...There are many things that I love about the Lighthouse but what I enjoy best is being able to monitor my child via the internet. It helps me to see what she is learning during the day. The other major thing I love about the Lighthouse is the staff. They are loving, warm, caring and makes you feel like you are apart of their family.

My child has progressed while attending the Lighthouse by...My daughter has progressed in so many ways. She is much more outgoing, smiles a lot more, has a larger vocabulary and is speaking much clearer now. I have noticed that Savanna has a better attention span and is much more helpful in doing things. All things I am certain that Ms. Sam and the other teachers have taught her and helped her to learn. She has learned so much in her short time at the Lighthouse and I am so thankful for all that they do to help her.

I love the Lighthouse because...I love the Lighthouse because of their staff. they are an awesome set of people who truly care for these children as if they are their own. They love them, teach them and do all that is needed to make sure that they are growing mentally, physically and emotionally. I couldn't have found a better place for my daughter to be while I am at work.

Teacher/Staff names to recognize: Where do we start? We have been blessed with amazing teachers, supportive staff and management since our enrollment. Ms. Candice, the infant room 1 teacher is simply amazing and made it so much easier for me to leave my 5 month old when she first started. Emma thrived in her class and still LOVES her to this day and beams when she comes to visit her daily. Ms. Amanda has been a lifesaver too, first as a teacher many times filling in during Jacob's class and is now Emma's full time teacher in infant room 2. She is great. Ms. Sami has been a great teacher to Jacob in room #7 and makes attending school fun each day for Jacob. He loves his Ms. Sami! Mrs. Brenda and Mrs. Casandra are extremely easy to talk to and always have an ear to listen to any suggestions, improvements or concerns.

Why my family chose Children's Lighthouse...we were very pleased with the A Beka curriculum. We also liked the closeness in proximity to our house as well as the closed circuit cameras in the classrooms. For working new Mommy's, the cameras help to make you feel secure that you can still tune in to see all the wonderful things your little one is doing!

What I like best about the Lighthouse...we love that we can drop our children off in a safe and secure environment that they love each day. We are always welcomed each morning with a smile and sent off each day with the same caring smiles.

My child has progressed while attending the Lighthouse by...My 3 year old is able to recognize all the primary colors, has been encouraged to use his manners, had motivational and consistent help in the potty training area, and knows his alphabet and numbers to 15. We are impressed with how talkative he is getting. Every day he comes home with the awesome work he has done and is so proud to show off his accomplishments.

I love the Lighthouse because...my children are happy to be here and are accomplishing skills each day they attend school!

THE BEST! You all are THE BEST! Thank you so much for keeping my children happy, safe and healthy this past year. My sense of gratitude and appreciation for all your hard work and support is overwhelming. As a single dad, all of you have made my life so much easier because of the confidence and competence you demonstrate every day. It’s important for me to share with you that of the three or four schools that I’ve needed to lean on for daycare over the years, I must say yours has been and is the Tops!

And now that they will be leaving you for elementary school, I will pray and consider us fortunate if our future experience comes anywhere near the level of service your fine staff has put forth.
