Neha serves as the Operations Director at Children's Lighthouse, overseeing the day-to-day management and operational efficiency of the preschool. With 15 years of experience in a childcare setting, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Law/Legal Science. She is skilled in creating environments that promote both learning and safety. Neha excels at coordinating staff, managing budgets, and ensuring all regulatory standards are met. Her leadership helps maintain a well-organized and thriving school community where children, families, and staff can flourish.
Outside of work, Neha loves spending time with her family, reading, and traveling. She is a mom of two and is often busy running them to practices!
Aarzo
Curriculum Coach
With over 10 years of experience in preschool education, Aarzo holds her CDA and has completed two years of literacy studies. She is dedicated to fostering high-quality educational experiences for young learners. Aarzo collaborates closely with teachers to design, implement, and enhance developmentally appropriate programs that nurture each child's growth and curiosity. She empowers educators through collaborative planning, professional development, and individualized support. She is enthusiastic about creating inclusive learning environments that celebrate diversity and encourage lifelong learning for both children and teachers.
Aarzo was born in Kabul, Afghanistan. She and her husband have a beautiful daughter and a wonderful son. She enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, cooking, and traveling in her free time.
