Lavinia Cook, School Director

I am excited to share my passion for children with you and our early learners. I learned of my love to serve and work with children very early in life at the age of fourteen when I started teaching dance.

After graduating High School in Fort Worth, Texas, I attended Prairie View A&M University where I studied Education with a focus on Community Health and Planning. I also minored in Dance.

I have now worked with children and young adults for over 20 years. Growing teachers and programs is what I love to do!

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, (we are very faith-centered), working in my garden, cooking up new recipes, and volunteering with our youth!

As a mother of a large bunch, I have learned and believe that the early years are the most magical, and I look forward to the experience of helping our students grow to become lifelong lovers of learning while laying the foundation for their future success!
